The art of surveillance is to watch or follow people without their knowledge. To be able to build up a complete picture of their movements and contacts. There maybe suspicion that the ‘target' is committing fraudulent or criminal activity.

We are also fully aware of the restrictions imposed by the Civil Procedure Rules, the Human Rights Act and the Data Protection Act and the potential impact that they have upon such operations, however we are still in a position where we are able to maximise the opportunities for acquiring admissible evidence.

Throughout the operation the client is kept fully informed and updated, advice is given as options present themselves on how best to proceed. At the conclusion of the operation a comprehensive report including video and audio information is sent to the client or their representative.
